Welcome to the tutorial on how CoverCV works! We are excited to show you how our application can help you create amazing Cover Letters tailored to your CV, experience and the job you want to apply for.
First of all, you need to register on our website, don't worry, if this is your first time using Cover CV, we will send you an email to confirm your account. Once confirmed, you will have access to all the features of our platform.
On the main screen, you will be able to see your CVs and your previous cover letters.
On the left menu, you will have access to request a cover letter or view and download your previous letters.
To request your first letter, it's very easy! Just go to the "Request letter" option and fill in the required fields.
Make sure you upload your CV (if you have already uploaded one, you can create a new letter from that CV or upload a new one).
Indicate the name of the job you wish to apply for and the name of the company.
Once you have requested your cover letter, you will receive an email to download it when it is completed - be patient, your letter is being generated!
Now let's talk about the top menu. You will see that in the top right corner of the screen your name appears. When you click on it, you will find four important options.
The first option is "Profile". Here you will be able to view and modify your profile information.
The next option allows you to change your password.
The third option is "Support". If you have problems with any of your cover letters or if you need information or help, please do not hesitate to contact our support team. We will be happy to help you.
Finally, you have the option to "Logout". It is important to remember that when you finish using Cover CV, you must log out to protect your account. This way, no one else will be able to access your information.
